What an amazing team, all the engineer's I've met are so professional, friendly and thorough. Conduction have been servicing my biomass (pellet) boiler for over 7 years, always arrive on time and leave without leaving any mess. Fantastic job, professional clean and tidy from start to finish.
Fitted a new tank in our airing cupboard and new boiler in the downstairs toilet.Took 3 days.
The down stairs toilet was newly decorated a year before so he took great care working around this and I only need to do small repairs. I would highly recommend. Vincent also has an apprentice working with him who is also very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure having them here.

Conduction (UK) Ltd provided a very professional and knowledgable service. Vincent has extremely good technical knowledge and he was very careful and thorough in the installation of our solar hot water panel. He was considerate in terms of both keeping us advised about the work, and putting down dust sheets etc to protect our house.
We are often nervous of having other people do work on our house, but we would whole-heartedly recommend this company.

My boiler stopped working suddenly and the thermostat was offline, I texted for the engineer to come over as soon as possible, response was received immediately and the appointment date was set up for the next day, in the mean time the engineer assistant sent me a step-by-step guide, it’s very easy to follow and I was able to put the thermostat back online, therefore started the boiler to work again and the house became warm. The engineer didn’t have to come as I was able to sort the issue out myself, it saved me time and money. Very happy! I definitely recommend UK Conducttion Ltd.
