We have used EGO Technology on many occasions, ranging from the disposal of refreshed End User Compute equipment, to the clearing of an old Data Centre that had been mothballed for a number of years. They have always been very responsive to our requests (especially when made at short notice), and the resulting service has been both fast and efficient. Great service. Collection lorry arrived when expected. Great to have a portal with all the documents in one place making it easy to download everything from the inventory, to the data wipe certificate, to the carbon report. Even generated a bit of income for the charity in residual value. Our contact Marlon Dennis was very patient as we are not the quickest at getting stuff done and he handled everything really well. We will definitely be going back to EGO when we have more disposals.

Nicola Brady and the Ego team have been very easy to work with, quick to provide advice and speedy to book in the collection once agreed. Their collection driver was professional as was the post collection process. I couldn't recommend enough.
