Great service from Griffiths, from initial site visit, looking at various options available to install by friendly engineers. This is our second install after our garage conversion into an annex, they installed aircon and underfloor heating. We didn't hesitate going back to Griffiths to add aircon/heating into the new garage. We also have the units serviced twice a year. Very easy to schedule in with the office. Recommended.

Brilliant prompt service from Griffiths yesterday. It was a Sunday coldest day of year so far. 5th January it was snowing and I woke up to my heat pump not working. I have Gold service plan with Griffiths what a fantastic service they provide. Ian came out and sorted the problem and I was warm and cosy again in no time. I received a follow-up call this morning to check that I was happy.

Extremely aggressive van driver (KP68 UNR) almost run me off the road, then mounted the pavement with both nearside wheels to cut the queue at a roundabout. Wouldn't want anyone with that mentality in my house!

I've been using Griffiths since January 2023 for servicing on my Daikin Air Source Heatpump.
Their engineers are excellent and Henry who has just carried out a service today was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend Griffiths for servicing and I am sure they are equally good at new installations. Its so important to use a good experienced company like Griffiths if you are thinking of getting a heat pump as they will carry out proper heat loss calculations before recommending what sized heat pump you need and then taking care of installation and servicing.

We had the Daikin Emura Air conditioning unit installed last week and we are really pleased with it. Sophie at the office has been really helpful and the lads who installed the unit, Jake and Thomas, were very professional, clean and took time to explain to me how the unit works and how to set it up on my phone. Thank you very much Griffiths! I’d highly recommend.
