I will never use this company again for gas they have lost a four year customer because because the management in the Burton branch are so rude lol I has ordered gas on the Friday to be delivered on Tuesday I gave them bank details over the phone to take payment on Friday.. I had Monday off work so rung Derby to say I would collect was told up go to Burton branch when I got they I was told the payment had not been taking they was going to do that the day they sent it so holding bank details over the weekend to use in their own time to them find out id Been sent there under false instructions to collect gas id not payed for or that they had not took for off my card as Instructed on Friday I explained that I had been christmas shopping and that I had accounted for that coming out since the had my bank details held back since Friday I asked if they could take payment Friday since they have my bank details I was told no in such a rude manner I will never use this company again or recommend like I have in the past.....
