Amazing and speedy service. We needed liquid c02 last minute and these guys sorted it instantly! Other companies delayed us and these guys made it happen. Arthur Smith was great at helping us and will always go to him for any queries.

Accidentally taking over £300 out of my Bank Account to then wait weeks and weeks for it to be paid back is not good customer service. As of yet I still haven’t received my own money back. At times like this we need money to go further than it ever has. Not for someone to take it and take weeks and weeks to return in. Absolutely nothing about this situation is ok. It should have been refunded immediately once the issue had arisen, which was the same day. Customer service is beyond terrible.

Popped on today for some help on type of gas bottle I would need. After a few min talking to Phil he was able to tell me what size bottle and connecter I would need for this new gas fire. So returned couple hours later with my wallet . All sorted . Very good service from this firm would recomend. Thank you.. great service...

Absolute failure. Online order confirmed but never dispatched. After 4 days I managed to find out none in stock while I could order somewhere else. Critically needed. Very disappointed!
