After numerous let downs and no shows from others, very refreshing to find a reliable and competent firm of heating Engineers. They called back when they said they would, they arrived at the time they stated, amazing team, from the first phone call to the office, the Engineer who came out and diagnosed our fault, the Engineer who repaired it. Very knowledgeable reasonable price, excellent service all round.

Booked and paid for a boiler service.
They rescheduled this twice, the first time they did not notify me.
The guy who eventually did the boiler service was great, very polite, and told me everything was working, no issues.
I then get an email with the certificate and a quote, stating I need a new expansion vessel.
Knowing the signs of a faulty expansion vessel I got a second opinion from a different engineer who confirmed no fault with the expansion vessel.
Appears Rawheat were trying to miss sell a part.
