I delivered here this morning 19/7/24. Unfortunately I arrived late the night before when everyone apart from the security guard had gone home. When I arrived I noticed the HGV gate was locked so I proceeded around the back and parked on the road. I then went on foot to the offices to see if anyone was still on site. Unfortunately it was the poor security guard who was a lovely chap. I explained that I had a delivery for Octopus Energy. He told me that no one was on site till 7am the next morning. OK no problem I said. I asked is there anywhere near bye to park that secure. He said that i can park in the car park and he will keep an eye on the trailer all night....... 5.45 KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK on my door with total disregard to if the driver of that HGV has had his legal rest. You can't park here driver. Bless him He had an audience and wanted to look good I get that. Its such a shame we all can't work together. Life's so much easier when we work together. Told my partner to change our supplier to anyone but Octopus Energy
