Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing seems too much bother - I've been able to get unusual electrical fittings for my husband's workplace, as well as a selection of sockets and switches for our home. Items tend to be cheaper than in major stores (B&Q, Wickes, etc) and I've been given practical, helpful advice when I've needed it! Highly recommended!

Accord Electrical have a large variety of items, I bought downlights for my living room and they are of very high quality. I am happy with their customer service and they are a very helpful bunch. Definitely recommend.

Very bad experience. I phoned to ask about a spotlight to put in my bathroom . I was told they have it, so I went straight there. On arrival, I was then told they don’t have it. I said I just phoned to ask . They didn’t seem bothered. I then asked if they have any spotlight for a bathroom.ip44 /ip65 . They then said yes so I bought 2 spotlights and went home . When my electrician came, he said that’s not ip44 or 65 .its ip20. I was so angry. 1 star given as they are very good on lying to customers and mis-selling.
