Contacted EICR Aberdeen to perform an inspection of my property prior to letting. Neil, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful not only in the requirements of EICRs but also in the additional requirements of property rental. Quality service, accomplished quickly, professionally and at a great price. Quick turn around on the final report, having received within the same day. As part of the report, Neil identified areas of improvement within the installation to assist going forward and to keep up to date with legislation. Will definitely use EICR Aberdeen when the time for renewal.

I found EICR on the internet and contacted them to see if they could carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report and PAT testing of my 1 bedroom rental property.
They could, and we agreed a time and date for the inspection. They arrived on time and carried out the necessary testing / checks. The inspection took between 2 and 3 hours.

I am very happy with their professionalism and standard of their work and will use them again for any electrical work that I have.
