I am quite a bit behind with IT(Too old) and recently bought a new tablet and mobile phone.I struggled to set them up and Gavin gladly came to my home to do the set up.The tablet set up smoothly but the phone had some issues with me forgetting pin and passwords(too old)Despite this Gavin was still able to set it up.
Great service and very good value for money.Highly recommend.

My parents' computer had a hard drive failure and I was unable to help as I was hundreds of miles away. I found Gavin via a Google Search and gave him a ring. As soon as he was back in the area he collected the desktop, checked it over and provided a very reasonable quote. He replaced the HD, upgraded Windows, transferred the data and ensured everything was updated. He kept in contact regarding progress throughout the weekend and then connected it back up for my parents ensuring they were happy with everything before he left. Excellent, quick service and would highly recommend.

My computer suddenly stopped working and my knowledge is very little when it comes to PC diagnosis and repair. Gave Gavin a ring & he came within 30 minutes to pick up my PC. Within hours he had diagnosed and ordered parts. The next day my repair was complete & I couldn't be any more grateful for all his work, speed and pricing. Dropped my daughters laptop off here as Touchpad was not working. Was fixed within 20 minutes because of a driver issue. Could if easily charged me for replacement parts as I had no idea. Will definitely be using again if I need to.

Found Gavin (GBComputers) via a 'near to me' google search. Good straight forward advice, very polite and knowledgeable. Replaced my slow hard drive, transferred files etc and back to me in less than two days, which included him having to order and wait for the part. Good communication regarding progress etc. A completely stress free experience all around. Highly recommend.

I'd had some issues with a virus that had led to me being the victim of fraud and I was scared to use my computer after that. It was a sensitive and anxious situation for me, however Gavin at GB Computers was extremely kind and professional, very thorough and worked diligently to make sure that my PC was ready to be used again. Could not recommend him enough. If I have any more issues in the future I'll be looking no further.
