Water leaks are a pain especially when the leak is at your elderly mother’s. From the first call with Louis I knew we were in safe hands. The appointments were arranged quickly, the team arrived promptly,sorted the leak with professionalism including the work both outside and inside the house. Louis and the team are fantastic! Picot were suggested to me through our local Facebook page. They're over 30 miles away and I wasn't sure if they would come out to us. I initially spoke with Louis in a bit of a panic and he explained the process of sourcing our water leak, from a lead pipe, and what they could do to help. They made the area safe so we could continue our holiday and came back to finish the job when we were home. These are the kind of jobs you never want to have to deal with but Louis made it really simple for us, and took the stress out of everything. The lads work like trojans, in all weather's! Leak on the mains water supply fixed.
We had an underground leak on the mains water pipe between the water meter leading to the property. The Picot team are well experienced and professionals. The issue was identified and fixed robustly.

Water leaks are scary and the anxiety bites. I've had my share of problems at a variety of locations and had to source a number of great plumbers over the last few years... BUT Picot (Louis and James) are a remedy for such outdoor pipework, that you really couldn't hope for better.

When discovering an exterior water leak at my Mum's large detached home, I asked Anglian to source me their BEST plumber for SPECIALIST water leak repair & replacement.

I wasn't worried about price, though it's obviously a concern for any homeowner, but rather wanted someone who could do the job PERFECTLY, QUICKLY, CLEANLY and all the while.... having a MINIMUM IMPACT on the comfort and anxiety levels of my (occasionally rather frail & fragile) mum.

They gave me 3 recommendations, but of those 3... Picot Plumbing and Utility Services LTD, had collated a modest and yet very IMPRESSIVE set of online recommendations, well beyond the reputations and online presences of their competition.

From the moment we spoke on the phone to their prompt arrival for the job, I had a sense of security and assuredness from both, Louis and his faithful wing man, James, that told me, they would get things sorted beyond my expectations.

What else could I ask for?
Speed... AND they had it in spades. Picot were very FAST.. arriving, carrying out the work and leaving the site unblemished.
