We have just had a new front door fitted and couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

We initially dealt with Ros in sales who was the reason we ended up choosing Bergson and Eaton from our 3 quotes for a new door. They were not the cheapest (but were open to negotiation when all the details had been settled), but Ros was the most engaged with our enquiry by far. She was stellar in responding to our many, many queries, and in the cases where she had to check with the manufacturer (Solidor), she even copied their replies to us so we could see what had been said for ourselves.

Carl the surveyor was very helpful and even spotted a misunderstanding we had over a piece of hardware (that was not well displayed in the older edition Solidor catalogue we had acquired elsewhere), so saved us from choosing a letterbox we really would not have liked.

Rob was the door/frame fitter on the day. He was very careful, thorough and meticulous about the smallest detail. It was refreshing to see that quality of "getting the job done right" still exists.

I know this review may a seem a bit over-enthusiastic, but it's been years since we have seen such a level of old fashioned good service. Everybody involved was professional, friendly, thorough and persistent in getting to the bottom of things when required.

I have just had a Ultraframe conservatory fitted by Bergson & Eaton and am very delighted about the quality of the product. It was fitted by John and Zac who where very polite and helpful when any questions were asked, they hardly stopped when they were here and the quality of their work was excellent and always clearing up at the end of each day so you hardly new they had been.From start to finish dealing with the company I was always kept informed about schedules and any questions answered straight away. I have no problem with recommending this company to anyone .

Had nine triple-glazed windows and one composite door fitted this week. Robert and Chris did an amazing job on our 100 year old house. Wasn’t sure what could be possible considering its problems, but we’re blown away with the results, both inside and outside. Perfect fit and finish, with all extra work done to make it look that way. Attention to detail second to none. They worked so cleanly and tidily each day that you’d never know they’d been. A credit to Bergson and Eaton for their workmanship and work ethic. Myself and Mum are very happy and grateful. And the whole process from quote stage, through survey to installation was made very easy. Look no further for your window and door needs!

The whole process was very smooth. Seeing samples of everything in the showroom was very helpful to make decisions. Loved that there were different window options such as flush style which I haven’t seen anywhere else. The fitters were very quick and careful with minimal damage and they made the necessary repairs to the plaster without needing lots of paint! Only constructive feedback would be that I didn’t know what time the fitters would be arriving on installation day, a message to confirm would have been helpful. Apart from that fantastic!
