Overall. This park is like no other. I personally love going for walks but also going on bike rides. I try and go there as much as possible since it's different the paths are made from small rocks and gravel which makes very nice to drive your bike on it

Industrial estate really with some top end cars and businesses. Nice cafe. Free parking. Some interesting history of the common land if you research back beyond the missile based and peace women camping...

Lovely family day out. There is plenty to do for all ages. The eating areas and outside tables are kept spotlessly clean. Ideal for picnics. Would recommend.

Ido the parkrun most Saturdays. Great fun and very well organised. Worth going if you live a run. The common is great for dog walks and there is a cafe. Also lots of parking. The biting midges can be a nuisance especially if there is no wind. There are also cows free on the common and wild birds ground nesying so dogs need to be kept under control or on a lead.

Positives:

Serene Setting: Surrounded by Greenham Common, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, the park boasts a vibrant green landscape and peaceful ambiance. This natural haven sets it apart from typical urban business districts, offering a welcome escape from the city grind.
Modern Offices: The office buildings are stylish and contemporary, with well-equipped workspaces and ample natural light. The layout facilitates collaboration and fosters a productive environment.
Sustainability Champion: The park's commitment to sustainability is evident in its green initiatives, including energy-efficient buildings, recycling programs, and electric vehicle charging stations. This eco-conscious approach aligns with modern values and attracts environmentally responsible businesses.
Convenient Amenities: On-site amenities like cafes, a gym, and a nursery add convenience and cater to various employee needs. This creates a sense of community within the park, fostering interaction and well-being.
Good Accessibility: With easy access to major roads and public transport links, the park is readily accessible for employees and clients. This connectivity ensures smooth business operations and simplifies commuting.
Areas for Improvement:

Limited Food Options: While the on-site cafes offer refreshments, the lack of diverse dining options could be limiting for longer lunch breaks or catering corporate events. Expanding food options, with a focus on healthy and sustainable choices, could be beneficial.
Internal Signage: Navigating the park, especially for first-time visitors, can be slightly confusing due to unclear signage. Improved directional signage within the park would enhance visitor experience and prevent unnecessary wandering.
Limited Visitor Parking: Although ample parking is available for employees, visitor parking spaces can be scarce during peak hours. Expanding designated visitor parking or implementing a clear parking system could improve guest convenience.
Engagement with Greenham Common: While the park benefits from its proximity to Greenham Common, there seems to be limited integration with the natural environment. Exploring ways to involve employees in the common's conservation efforts or creating outdoor recreational spaces could further enhance the park's appeal.

Always a nice place to walk if the weather is on your side. Please do use rhe coffee shop and go up the tower to see some amazing artwork and history of this old US base and military airport.

Excellent commercial conversion of the former Greenham US Army Base. I frequent Corn Exchange’s exhibitions & workshops at ‘The Base’ situated there as well as the gym at ‘The Training Park’ for help with training. Not to forget ‘Honesty Café at The Base’!

Great open space for exercise. Terrain is not too challenging so if you like to be more adventurous with hiking or cycling this might not be for you. Worth a look because of its history. Anyone growing up in the 70's and 80's will remember this being in the news. How things have changed.
