Useless customer service and very poor reliability of products. My Gt3 Smartwatch is dead after just 2. 5 years and Huawei quoted me £150. This company it's a stupid joke

Very sad to see that Huawei is operating so fraudulently not providing any customer service. There is no contactable method to contact them but they are still selling their gadgets in the UK. I don't understand why trading standards is not looking into this more seriously. All the numbers you find googled are fake or no longer in use and online they just direct you to a useless chatbot. I have emailed them several times and no one is responding. I have brought an expensive watch and wish to return it.

UK customers: stay away from HUAWEI! You've been warned!

I've been a Huawei customer since the days of the P30 Pro phone and have purchased several other products of them throughout the years.

You don't need to be a genius to realise some red flags with their customer service and overall operation in the UK - and I'm not even talking about the whole political crisis and the restrictions they've faced in the US and the UK. The fact that their physical flagship shops closed down was certainly the confirmation of this downfall.

I've been trying to get my Huawei smartwatch to sync with my Huawei P30 Pro since last September 2022. After sending this watch to their third-party repair centre and getting it back in the exact same condition, not once, but twice, and still having no further solution to the case, I'm left now with robotic copy/paste style generic responses from their customer service, and each time with less empathy to the case or simply giving ridiculous suggestions, like taking the watch to the retailer I originally purchased this watch from (their own shop that they closed down back in November last year, as they "should" know).
The situation became so apalling that they responded to my last email not only ignoring my request for a refund but with yet another automated response asking me to take part in a survey! Unbelieveable!

I mean, by the looks of things, they don't even have a customer service team at all in the UK, considering the replies I got coming from what it seems to be an office abroad.

What a shame!

Amazing Headquarters of Huawei. I was attended to extremely well. The reception staff were simply 'a cut above the rest'. Made me smile as soon as I entered the premises. My contact made me feel very welcome. Certainly left with good experience. Looking forward to my next visit there.

I've ordered myself a bundle consisting of Smart Watch Huawei GT2PRO and Huawei Free buds 3I ceramic white.
I've received the order quite fast giving the peculiar times we are living in, however the watch was missing from the order.
I've contacted the customer service and the guys have been absolutely wonderful.
Indeed it was a problem at first however big respect for the way they've treated the issue and swiftly solving the situation
Big thumbs up for Huawei and their Customer Service

My phone developed a fault. I contacted Huawei support about the issue 3 days before the warranty period ended.
The service engineer arranged for the phone to be collected and delivered to their service centre.
The phone was returned to me with no repair.
On calling the support line again, I was told that because the phone arrived at the service centre after the warranty expired then it was not covered.

Why did the service agent arrange collection on a service that could not possibly get the phone to them in time?

Why does this even matter? The fault was reported and logged with Huawei before the warranty expired.

I have complained by phone and email and have been fobbed off both times.

I still plan to take this further, but everyone should be aware of this appalling and disrespectful service.
Huawei has no intention to do their due diligence and support their customers.
