I was ready to sell by Lumley ST70 as every tech that looked at it failed to figure out why it was not playing ball. I lucking found Tony and he offered to investigate and I am glad he did. I have just had it back after he meticulously went through everything finding so many micro issues that others failed to spot.
This amp is now less than a day in and it is sounding amazing. Tony I cannot thank you enough for taking the time not only with the amp but with me and the gracious way you have shared your knowledge. You have kept me informed every step of the way and it has been a pleasure to deal with you.
I highly recommend Tony and his team, they have worked a miracle for me and I am immensely grateful.

I had an issue with my Coherent cables 6d interconnects requiring re termination of one of the RCA plugs (my fault ) .
I contacted Antony who kindly offered to re terminate . The turnaround was amazing , posted Monday and got them back Friday .
Top job , now my 6d's are singing again.

Tony quickly diagnosed and restored my poorly Bel Canto e1x back to health. Whilst the integrated amp was with Tony, we discussed some improvements that could also be made. Without any pressure, I decided to take up the opportunity for a number of upgrades to be made. Well - wow! The performance has been elevated to new heights, whilst retaining the bel canto signature sound I love. So much more depth and texture that I didn’t know was present on familiar recordings - great value for a repair and the cherry on top is the leap forward in performance! Super pleased!

This is my first time purchasing from Coherent Systems (I'm from the States) and I had an amazing customer service experience dealing with Tony. He was very professional, answered all inquiries about my purchase, and guided me through the payment process and shipping since this is my first purchase from the UK. He updated me on the receipt of payment, with plenty of pictures of the packaging even the courier pickup. I was surprised at the speed of delivery of package receiving it within a week of payment. I'm impressed at how well the electronics is professional packaged with plenty of cardboard and foam peanuts. Everything came even better than described, the "pre-owned" condition are more like new - open box. Overall, I had a very positive experience as a whole with Tony @ Coherent Systems and would not hesitate to consider future purchases and highly recommend this company.
