Unacceptable Service and Unresolved Refund Issue

I would strongly caution anyone considering The Knowledge Academy against engaging with their services, given my appalling experience with their customer service and refund process.

The course I initially booked was sold to me just two days before it was scheduled to happen, only to then be canceled without any notification. I only found out about the cancellation because I had to call to figure out when and where it was going to be held. Despite this complete lack of transparency, instead of issuing a refund as requested, The Knowledge Academy has repeatedly tried to rebook me for another course in March/April—something I have made abundantly clear I am not interested in.

Since my refund request weeks ago, I have been subjected to an infuriating cycle of empty promises, stalling tactics, and outright disregard for my time and patience. Despite speaking with Kiera Hill multiple times over the phone and via email, I have yet to receive my refund—or even confirmation of when it will be processed.

To make matters worse, I was repeatedly assured the refund would be handled "immediately," only for the promises to be broken each time. The most frustrating aspect of this ordeal is the complete lack of accountability. I have provided all the necessary information, been more than reasonable in my follow-ups, and yet I have received no concrete resolution.

It’s unacceptable that, after two weeks of chasing, over 10 calls, and countless emails, The Knowledge Academy has failed to deliver on such a basic responsibility. This level of customer service is beyond unprofessional—it’s negligent. I am now forced to escalate this issue with my credit card provider and pursue it as a fraud case due to their inability to follow through.

I urge The Knowledge Academy to re-evaluate their refund process and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. Until then, I would recommend avoiding this organization entirely.

My husband taught a course here in Riyadh the first day went well , though the clients were dissatisfied with the content provided by knowledge academy and the course venue so cancelled the second day. Knowledge academy have refused to pay him even for the first day he taught for the clients. Avoid. Their material is poor and if you are considering running one of the courses dont. The Institute provides competitive services when it comes to international accredited trainings. I have taken three certification trainings under knowledge Academy, and specially the training that have taken on project management professional certification, the lecturer was very enjoyable learn from, knowledgeable and highly accommodative to students. However, one of the other certification training which I have taken was not quite the same. The lecturer was not that highly capable in the Delivery of the program. As a note for improvement, the academy must ensure that they select the capable people who can deliver the programs to the aspirations of students.

I just completed my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. The training was really well presented and shown real base example. The trainer is very experienced and can explain in simple way. Overall very good experience to enhanced your skills and utilize it in day to day working life.

Over all exp with this academy was good, very well explained trained faculties . I took a package for pmp. With less knowledge I joined this academy , but the way of teaching both live and self pace learning is up to the mark. I was very happy to share this feedback about TKA. I joined foundation level course, and Monisha helped me for quick onboarding and cared for further queries. There was a 3days online training post Course material completion, where u can upgrade ur knowledge with the trainer, who is well experienced about the syllabus and exam pattern.
Mr.Saileesh, awesome personality who politely handled all my queries over the period of the course is exceptionally wordless. Thankyou TKA
