Went with floras as they were local. Tried to exchange a bottle at 3 30 pm. Got told they were closed as nobody could access the IT. Asked when I could expect someone or be in for an exchange, told not this week. Great customer service NOT

Absolute disgraceful. Went to get a cylinder and was told that nobody could sell one.No date given when I could get one.Phoned yesterday and was told they would email me.They didn't. Buy Calor stuff these arrogant people.

All time is close , manager you cand fiind there is all time off , and is nobody there can sell you a bottle.
If you call them nobody is answering the phone

Waited 2 weeks for the gas. A different delivery driver came each time so could not leave the key to get in, had to be there. The last driver did mot turn the taps on at the tank so I basically run out of gas.
I have gone elsewhere for gas. Delivered in 2 days.
