Gerald Low replaced a very ancient toilet and sink, and replaced the kitchen sink taps, in our office. The engineers were, friendly, polite, considerate, and worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job of cleaning away any mess.

What can I say? After a plumbing nightmare when our sub floor pipework failed, followed by being let down by another plumber, Gerald Low came to the rescue and worked with me to devise a way of replumbing the entire downstairs hot and cold without needing to spoil expensive floor coverings. I'm a fussy customer and the guys listened patiently before carrying out the neatest of jobs. Thanks a million, we are enjoying hot showers again after a good few weeks without.

We have used Gerald Low to service our boiler for several years. They have always undertaken the work on time and at a reasonable cost. This year, they visited and serviced the boiler as usual, with no issues, thankfully.
One evening this week, our boiler failed to work and displayed a fault light. Naturally, I investigated the issue via Google and didn't quite identify the issue correctly. So I called GL and quickly managed to speak with Josh, the chap that serviced our boiler. Due to my own time constraints, it wasn't easy to facilitate an immediate visit. However, Josh talked me through the most likely problem and solution to resolve this given his knowledge of our system. The following evening, I tried his recommended solutions, which solved the problem of the boiler cutting it out.
You might be thinking why wasn't the issue picked up on the service, we'll the problem was a blocked pipe outside of the boiler, causing the liquid from the condensation to fail to flow out of the boiler, activating the cut off. So, it is not directly linked to the boiler. But, we are now all up and running. Thanks Josh.

Fitted a new boiler. Josh and his team were professional from start to finish. Arrived on time always cleaned up as they went along. Explained the new system and checked we were happy with everything before leaving. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anybody
