Friendly and helpful, able to get a replacement tumble dryer quicker than online retailers or bigger shops after ours died. Rang up at 4pm on Friday and collected at 11am Saturday so really pleased. Great local service.

Fantastic service. Needed a new belt for my dryer, was able to find the equivalent part for me with the limited information I was able to provide and had the part in stock ready and waiting for me to collect from the shop.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! I have had an oven repaired from them and a new washing machine delivered. Their service is amazing and everyone I have dealt with has been so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them for new appliances and repairing old ones.

First rate, I needed a replacement NEFF warming drawer, they located, sourced and fitted it. Their store is well stocked with all sorts of electrical goods and interesting to browse around. Good staff.

Needed a new washing machine. The one I wanted was in stock, easy transaction in store and was delivered and fitted on my day of choice. Smooth delivery, both guys checked it was fitted OK and not leaking and explained to me the programs and how it worked which was really helpful as I am a bit out of touch with new electrical appliances !! Brilliant service. Thank you - will def use again.
