Last year we had Sunsynk solar panels fitted by DJUKA Electrics on behalf of Effective Home Ltd. We were told that they are one of the leading companies in the UK for batteries & inverters.

So far, I have been happy with the performance since them being fitted, however I would say that the app requires improving. At present within the app, if you want to export electricity you have to physically change the setting to export, then do it again to stop it, I would of thought that this would be an automatic thing, as are other settings within the app.

Sunsynk do offer various ways to communicate, from email, to an online ticketing system, online forums etc. Experiencing the online ticket system, it was easy to log a job, then for them to update me on the progress, coming up with a final solution.

Sunsynk have many YouTube videos which are really useful, along with there being a Facebook page which led by people who have Sunsynk solar systems.

Absolutely diabolical after sales service passed from pillar to post with an upset customer left for five weeks without a working System. Wasted at least 45 hours on there issue.
