I was recently contacted by the team at Alpha Arbor to ask me to leave some feedback on the work they did for me in the autumn. Our trees in the front garden had dead and dying branches, and we were starting to worry they would fall during the winter. Even more so as they were overhanging the drive and therefore the cars!
Ben was extremely professional and polite, and did a superb job at not only sorting the issue, but making it look neat and far better than we thought it would.
The trees are healthier, and I can say that I would highly recommend their services. Good job guys!

Alpha Arbor removed a large and dangerous oak branch on our farm that had been damaged in a storm. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable and dispatched the branch safely and efficiently. He then cut the branch into manageable logs to be loaded onto a trailer for the workshop burner. Would definitely recommend Alpha Arbor's services to friends and family!

Great experience using alpha arbor to reduce our next door neighbours tree so that we now have a light garden! Ben was very friendly and polite and even got around our difficult neighbours who thought very highly of his professionalism. Incredibly professional and fantastic work. Heard about Alpha Arbor through a friend as a tree in our garden needed to be pruned to allow more light into our garden. The whole service was brilliant, very efficient from start to finish and for a great price.

Alpha Arbor Ltd

Firstly, Ben is an excellent communicator, a relaxed and easy to talk to professional, he has been polite and enthusiastic in all my dealings with him and it is clear that he loves his job.

Alpha Arbor Ltd have been brilliant throughout the recent consultation and execution of a difficult beech tree-felling. They consulted with me over the Summer with a view to executing a complex and dangerous tree felling with stump removal during the winter months. They used sectional felling and modern rigging techniques to complete the works to a high standard, zoning off any hazardous areas and cleaning up at the end of each of the 5 long days on site. All staff members always arrived on-time wearing matching uniforms with safety workwear and protective barrier equipment. His organised team prioritised the safety of my outbuildings as well as that of neighbouring properties and passing pedestrians as well as constantly looking out for the full safety of each other. A Local authority TPO assessment was carried out before works begun and my project received the full service, experience and professionalism of Alpha Arbor Ltd from start to finish.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ben Mullen and his hard working team at Alpha Arbor Ltd for any efficient and safe tree surgery needs and if you are as lucky as me, they’ll section off and stack enough firewood to keep your log-burner running throughout the year, they will also be returning with a bespoke table made from milling the of trunk of my own tree as a centre piece for the living room.

One of my larger trees had died, Ben responded quickly to the problem and visited immediately. He indentified Bracket Fungus as the problem - which has since also been verified by a friend who works in the Natural History museum. He removed the tree without damaging the surrounding plants, which was an impressive feat. He also cleared the area of all debris completely. I was so impressed that he will soon be thinning out our Silver Birch. Over all, I can recommend Ben for his knowledge, charm and professionalism.
