The whole service I had from Care was amazing! Simon helped me to set up my new computer and transferred all data across so I could pick it up and use it seamlessly. With another company my info was dumped in a pile and I was told to get on with it, so it was so refreshing to have this personal care. I have encountered Simon in a business setting before and he was equally fantastic (as all my colleagues would agree) - great that they are so flexible in the service they offer. What I really liked is that Care are clearly honest, as borne out in their purchase recommendations and price charged, but they speak at my (computer dunce) level without making me feel stupid!
Would highly, highly recommend. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Put my work laptop in as it sounded like it was going to take off. Don and Ken were above and beyond helpful in resolving it, and making the effort to talk to me at great length outside of just the repair transaction.

Ken showed me the photo of the work he had done, charged far less than I expected (it was just labour costs) and I had a great chat with their marketing guy. Very respectable place, and laptop runs quiet as a mouse, and highly recommended. Great work, guys.

Don and Ken are friendly but very professional. i had a problem with my laptop connection to my WiFi. Ken checked that their connection worked then suggested how to restore my connection.
All is well and I am most grateful for the help and service I received.

Brought my laptop in for help with a battery, no interest given by staff and rude/rejected when I presented my research. I had researched the required new battery and cost, and was told they need to do their own analysis and use their own, more expensive parts.

I had bought a straight replacement from the supplier, just needed help installing the battery. This was not what they intended and did not believe me, but why would I lie about the cost of a battery? With a receipt!

No interest given by the staff to help, and rejected using my parts. It is a shame that they act like this and don’t help people to learn. I will avoid in future

We went to the store in a panic because our laptop was sending us frightening messages and then eventually would not open up at all. We had a blank screen. The personal service that we received at the shop was superb and we will have no hesitation in going back there in the future and recommending them to all our friends and family.

Recently took my laptop to Care Computer in Windsor as it was "dead". The team managed to recover all my data as the motherboard had failed and this was a huge relief.

My laptop wasn’t charging so I dropped into Care to see if they had a spare charger I could try. Don and Ken were sooo helpful searching high and low for a suitable charger and when they couldn’t they were able to get my charger working ☺️ Thank you both
