Do not use Save Time Concrete Ltd.

1. When slot booked, delayed for 4 hours (wasted our customer time as it was Saturday, started at 4pm only, noisy work at residential area).
2. Come with already blocked pump, saying it's normal as they stuck in traffic during travel. Started to clean the pump on the public driveway without any protection. Driver (Indians) doesn't speak English at all u need to contact head office and pass phone over to them.
3. When pulling the pipes though customer garden, damaged entrance wooden door, no compensation offered when called customer service. (Requested £50 for the paint to cover the damaged surface, ignored).
4. Chasing for a refund of unused concrete more than a week.

Do not use this company, if does, do not let them clean their pipes in your property, as its full of mess guaranteed. Indians used our new rubbish begs to clean up the pipes as we didn't allowed to clean in the working surfaces where the new concrete presented. In total 15 full rubbish begs left where we spent additional money for the rubbish disposal.

Firstly customer service is none existent!

When you do phone up to complain they put the phone down on you when they don’t like what they’re hearing!!!!

After using this company today (27.09.23) I feel absolutely cheated.

1. They let the belt run before any cement was going through,

At one point it went from 3 to 5.5 in seconds.

1mc had been counted and nothing had even come out the pump!

2. The pump continuously got blocked, leaving us to provide plastic sheeting to stop cement flowing everywhere. It was also left running down the side of the road side into the drain.

3. They also like to keep the door shut where the clock is, like I said this jumps very quickly after someone has been standing there a few seconds.

4. When asking the lady on the phone how long it takes 12mc to poor I was told 1 hour. I then replied with how come it only took 30 minutes for them to arrive, poor, have problems with the pump and wash down the equipment and leave.

I also stated I had 4 cameras on my house front and back so have all the proof!!!

I also stated we were left without it being fully filled to the point we needed it. We did ask for more and was told there was none left. Leaving us now to pay out more on a extra layer of bricks to build up.

She then very quickly put the phone down on me!!!

After spending over £4,000 today I feel absolutely cheated, apparently I had 24mc poured (2 full lorries) between 11:30-13:00 that’s with all the problems with the pump getting blocked and washing equipment down.

I would 100% not recommend this company unless you have money to waste!!!

Hve used save time concrete for my driveway project. Thet were very professional and on time. They cleaned everything after the work. I Highly recommend this company for a good neat work..

"Waste of Time" Concrete. Don't waste your time ordering from here. We expected a delivery of 12 cubic metres and didn't have nearly enough to fill our footings. Despite phoning the day before to check the mix and size of delivery. We were expecting ready mix to be delivered, yet they mixed on site... using our water! Filling their water bottles up before leaving too. Used our builders tools, so didn't even come equipped for the job! Receptionist admitted the driver forgot to fill up before heading off!! No attempt to resolve this matter, was told the manager would phone. Never did. Avoid! Spend elsewhere!
