I had a concrete delivery Saturday morning to Sutton in Hull, and the experience from start to finish excellent. Office staff were great, and the driver was brilliant - so helpful, with nothing a problem. I've experienced so many bad companies and drivers over the years, so I had to feedback this experience, thanks!!

I have used Ashcourt, for skips, grab, aggregates and hiab hire. I cannot fault any of the departments. They are all super professional. It makes life easy, when your juggling the various elements on a job. Even when their was a miscommunication on the weigh bridge, the skip team resolved it, in such a clever and quick way.
I always highly recommend Ashcourts to others, as I know they will be looked after.
Thanks to everyone at Ashcourt for all your assistance, making things easy.

Working around my area, damaging and scratching all the cars with huge lumps of mud, gravel and rocks being launched all over my cars a number of times due to overloading vehachles and not cleaning the wheels down when leaving the work site. Yes we have tried parking down three streets near us, as we can not use our parking to the rear of our house due to them. Woke up again this morning to huge lumps of dirt and rocks sitting on my car, with scratches in the paintwork, and also we need a new windscreen due to a crack too large to have repaired.
A company that cares about nothing else except what they are doing, I am honestly apauled and furious.

Tipper driver believe Reg was MHN. came over humber bridge approx 12.20pm (05/04) heading to the A164 decided he doesn't have to give way on a roundabout causing myself and 2 other cars to an emergency stop on the roundabout. Maybe if he can't see cars coming he just try taking his shades off. Absolute disgraceful driving from a professional. No wonder us HGV drivers have a bad reputation

2 delivery's to site a combined 6 hours late, no call to say they'll be late I had to ring them to find out what was going on. If your going to be late a courtesy call should be the bare minimum you'd expect to receive.

Terrible customer service skills from the lady on the weight bridge. Her attitude towards customers is appalling. I've complained twice about her to someone higher than her. I got told it would get dealt with as customer service is priority but on the third time of getting attitude from this lady I decided to let it go over my head but in turn the lady had complained about me instead stating I was swearing and being abusive which wasn't true. Then they practically told me you don't get along so your band of the site. This appalling and I would like to know where and how you put in a formal complaint against the Foster street yard

Followed one of their class 2 trucks along the A164 just outside Leconfield at approximately 7.35 on Tuesday 11th May. Guess the driver has no idea what the speed limit is for that class of vehicle. Well it's 40 mph on a single carriageway, not what your vehicle is limited to. Even in the 50 zone, was still doing around 56 mph. If I had got his registration, he would have been reported for reckless driving to the police as the vehicle was fully loaded.

I've been a road user for 20 year and hands down have never witnessed such appalling driving in my life. One of your driver's carried out the most dangerous overtake I have ever seen, by overtaking at least 4 cars and the tractor they were stuck behind, in a articulated lorry, on a single carriage way road.

If any vehicle had been coming the other way I hate to think of the injuries they could of sustained, if they survived.

So whoever was driving YX21OCO on Monday 12th April 2021 I strongly advise you terminate their employment before they kill someone. If it was up to me I wouldn't let him use a wheelbarrow.
