This is the second time we have used Hull Trade Fireplaces at our home in Willerby. We had a log burner installed in 2023. From quotation to installation, the full process was first class once again. We had a decretive fireplace (picture 1) that we wanted to use as an open fire as last winter it was bit chilly in our front room. The installers were very knowledgeable and gave advice on how this could be done legally with air vents etc during the quotation. On the day of installation, the fitters arrived on time and set to work on getting the dust sheets down. They were polite, courteous and professional throughout the job. They kept me informed of the progress of the job (when I was been nosy) and cleaned up once they had finished. I can’t recommend the company enough and we cannot wait to have a warm room we can use in the winter! Thanks again 🙂

Great shop for a wide choice of fireplaces, log burners, surrounds, mantels etc. Nicely set out with many styles , Colours and designs for you to check out. Accessories from log baskets to fireside sets, pokers to coal buckets. . Staff real helpful and have an abundance of knowledge and experience to guide you into making the right choice for what your house needs. Very professional shop. There is a full fitting./ Installation service too. Check them out and get a great service from start to finish .

Just had a fire and fireplace fitted by this company. I cannot recommend them enough.
From ordering the items in the shop, which is well stocked with plenty of fires & fireplaces to choose from, to the delivery and installation it has all been professional. A slight issue with the hearth but was sorted the same day .
The fitters cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy with our fire & fireplace

Bought 2 new stoves from Hull Trade Fireplaces and found the service second to none. Despite various delays for the date (on my part!) for the fitting, I was given no hassle.
When the fitters arrived they got on with the job efficiently and professionally. I was well impressed how quickly the job was done with little mess or inconvenience. Thanks to the team. 2 weeks ago they fitted my log burner. They did a fantastic job, keeping everything as tidy as possible. They checked we were happy with the fire place, and the attention to detail was excellent.
The team were really friendly and did it all in a day! I am so thrilled with the fire, I highly recommend this team from the show room to the installation team they just could not do enough.

If I could give negative stars I would.
Had nothing but issues from start to finish. Never experience such poor customer service. My fire place was left looking shocking and was in a real state. I asked on numerous occasions if this could be put right but they didnt seem to care once they had my money. After numerous negligent attempts this was sorted after many months and what I can only explain as a threatening phone call from the shop manager or owner as they had an issue with me posting a negative Google review.

I never write poor reviews but feel I would like people to be aware of my experience. I would advise that your money would be better spent elsewhere and to avoid this place at all costs. If you decide to take a chance on this place due to the positive comments and high rating. I wish you luck if something goes wrong your gonna need it.
