We honestly cannot thank Annandales enough for their incredible 5 star service!
On our first visit to their showroom, Andy was was very helpful, listened to our ideas and gave good advice on how best to maximise space in our tiny bathroom. I am very indecisive at the best of times but Andy was really patient and knowledgeable about what products would work best for us.
We were in need of a full refurbishment and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Within a few weeks of drawing up our plans, the ‘A Team’ arrived and had completely transformed the bathroom within five days from floor to ceiling. The guys were lovely and really professional and best of all - real perfectionists!
I honestly cannot fault any part of their service and would highly recommend.

Stunning transformation of our bathroom by annandale bathrooms just completed today. Very impressed with the styles and choice of products available. Our shower room designed by Andy is better than we could ever have imagined. Often wondered about the showroom when driving past on spring bank west and after looking at the big national chains decided to call in . Very pleased we did .The fitting team were excellent both true perfectionists that did a beautiful job no matter problems an old house presented them with. Will recommend to anyone needing a bathroom renovation.Deserves a score of 10 out of ten really

Andy has been the MOST helpful person - gone above and beyond to help me to find some discontinued tiles! Even going further than he needed to, we are so eternally greatful! Such a wonderful company - the new showroom looks amazing, really good offers and value for money too. Can’t fault the quality & customer service from start to finish. When we visited the show room the we weren’t sure quite what would work in our new bathroom but the lady gave us lots of ideas & worked with us to design a fantastic new bathroom & the quality of the furniture & fittings were second to none - infact our plumber commented on this. The delivery service offered by Annandales was also very efficient.

Went into showroom as wanted new bathroom. Waited months and I mean months for a quote. Kept ringing company to be told the person I needed to speak to wasn't available. Kept getting the runaround everytime. Very strange, bizarre company. Would NOT recommend. Total waste of me & my partners time.

Not a great experience!
Visited shop and a pleasant lady made a note of our requirements. A visit was arranged on 30th January to do a survey. Guy turned up on time, did survey, made some good suggestions, kept going on about 'plan b'. Said quote would be with us in one to two weeks.
It's now nearly 3 weeks and still waiting despite 2 phone calls, the last one a young man said somebody would call back and never did.

When they were busy after the first Covid lockdown, I asked them if they could measure my bathroom for a new one. They said yes and said they'd ring to arrange a time and date but they never did. I rang them back to remind them. They lied ag, saying they would ring me and didn't. I went in, left another copy of my phone number, was assured they would ring, and they never did. I would have preferred the truth if they were too busy, rather than the lies.

Around about 4 to 5 weeks ago now. We had someone from this place come and measure up kitchen and bathroom. Was told we should have the design and quote through the door in about a week. Nothing.....I emailed about two weeks later asking about it and got a reply saying they would chase it up....again nothing.....very bizarre company. I emailed again and have not heard a thing. I wouldn't waste your time to be honest. What a shame.
