Dave did all the plans and calculation for our recent loft conversion. He answered all our questions and explained clearly what could and most importantly couldn't easily be done, he was very open and always gave his recommendations on the best way to proceed. He also visited a couple of times during the construction to make sure everything was going to plan with the builders.
