Having found ourselves in the position of running seriously low on oil and knowing the company we had used previously made us wait 8 days for deliver we contacted compass and had a delivery in 3 hours.... absolutely amazing service not just that but when organising we were told it may be next day or Monday (so a max wait of 48hrs till they could get to us) fantastic service, really excellent customer service. Huge thanks to Compass and Jimmy who came out to us the same day

Compass Oils provided an amazing service when the heating oil ran out at my holiday let. Jonny was helpful, friendly, reassuring and very efficient. I called him at 7pm on a Friday night and by 9am the next day the oil had been delivered. Can't fault them and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Realized we’d run out of oil at about 6.30pm on a Thursday evening in February, called up as they where open, fuel was delivered at 8.30am on the Friday morning. Doesn’t get better than that.
