I would not recommend getting an office there, as the team is not considerate. I have left the office and they are still charging me for using the kitchen. Also, the payment terms are very bad—15 days. I have requested the payment term to be changed, as my headquarters is in the Middle East, and getting the payment processed in 15 days is a big challenge. However, no one accepted this request, which leads me to incur late payment fees every month.

On the other hand, the Regus London team is very professional and understanding. Informed me to cancel the kitchen service not to pay of it.

I was at Spamedica for pre-op before a procedure to replace my cataract. Very clean and wonderful staff. I was asked if i would like "tea or coffee, water." They informed and looked after me at every step. You just can't fault them? The clinics were spotlessly clean. The only thing I can moan about are the chairs? They are very uncomfortable and numb your bum?
All in all a very positive experience. Thank you all.

Blythe Valley Business Park is an oasis of a place situated M4 Junction 4. It’s a lovely place to work, take a walk or go for a run. It’s the home of many blue chip companies. These days I’m more into walking around the park. For lazy strolls it’s recommended.

What a fabulous place, so clean & tidy, its own road off junction 4, so easy to get too. had to take mum to the SpaMedical centre.

A well designed business park close to M42 and Stratford road. Well connected place which is very near to Birmingham Airport. The railway stations are also not too far. Located in a quiet area. The food options are very less inside the park. The nearest one is a fastfood restaurant (McDonald's). Bus services and shuttles are available inside the park. The frequency is once in 30 mins during the peak hours and once in an hour during the off peak. The bus services are available from early morning till late night (around 6:00 am to 10;00 pm). Co-working spaces are available inside this business park
