Having seen a property come we loved come to market we decided to put ours up for sale and wanted it sold asap! EB&P were efficient, professional and took amazing (and realistic) photos of our property which really showcased our lovely house. Whilst we missed out on the property we wanted, our house was sold with 3-4 weeks of being on the market! I cannot speak highly enough of Millie who supported our process from start to finish. I hadn’t realised how important her pro active approach was taking us through the legal aspects, through to exchange, through to completion was. As a customer it’s fair to say I have very high expectations and Millie absolutely lived up to them. She acted without being asked, linked and communicated between all parties and even sent necessary information while she was on holiday in Norway so it didn’t delay our process! EB&P’s owner (Esther), showed fantastic oversight, responds to messages and emails even quicker than me (which takes some doing!) and was always available.
