Called in here the other day, when I was desperate for a bottle of gas, chap explained clearly and politely that he wouldn’t swap a bottle because it was from another supplier, when I enquired about buying a bottle and some gas off him, he wasn’t interested and said that he would not sell me a bottle as he only does exchanges. Over the years, I’ve had various stuff of these people with regards to Parts, but no more. Felt the overall attitude from the gentleman was not nice and he could’ve been more helpful.

I am very pleased to say that after a long search for a part, I came across this company, I phoned them and the person who answered couldn't be of more help, he quickly identified the part i needed and was honest when advising me to go to ebay to purchase my part giving me the identity number. I ordered the part and it arrived 24 hours later and it was the correct one! More than happy with the service, oh and the price! Buy from them with confidence.

Got butane bottle, paid by credit card.
When I returned empty bottle I presented credit card receipt given me at purchase time.
Apparently, I need 'paperwork', which I was aasured would have been emailed me.
I mentioned that I was never aaked for my name, or address, or email details, so how could anything have been emailed to me...I added that it was obvious from the credit card receipt that I had bought a 15kg butane bottle and that I had paid both the deposit and the gas content, by the amount paid, but received complete refusal to refund me the deposit.
Neat trick...anything to hold onto people's money, whichever way.
I have since complained by email and have (obviously) received no response.
