Highly recommend Eddie. Called him out to look at a deadlocked back door. He answered right away and came around later that morning. He got the door open for me despite it being a challenge. Arranged for new gearbox, then came back to fit. All this included in a very reasonable quote. Eddie kept me informed what was going on throughout the process. Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service!

The handle on our composite front door was becoming very difficult to turn after unlocking. We called Lock It Security and spoke to Eddie who diagnosed it over the phone. He came out the next day to confirm and ordered the part we needed, leaving us with a temporary fix for a couple of days. He returned as promised with the correct part, fitted it and serviced the door. Really happy with the work, the service and Eddie was really friendly and professional. 5 stars.

Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them.
