Given 5kg patio gas in exchange for 13kg last year. Rules changed and now can’t get 13kg back without paying for a new one. Customer service refused to help and just put the phone down mid call because they claim they’re not at fault and the retailer is. Even though Calor make the rules up.

I had an old cylinder to return, rang up. We will email you a form, two weeks, no show, rang up, apologies, we will send it. Got it, filled it in. No response, rang up. We can’t open email. Ok, I will email details. No reply. Two weeks, rang up. Apologies, I have email here. Will sort collection. Nothing . Rang up,, spoke to same guy each time. What the hell is going on? Apologies, will sort . Two weeks, cylinder collected, receipt left. Great. Two weeks, no money. They said it would take that long. Nothing. Rang up, we passed it to head office. Apologies. Rang head office, they didn’t understand what I meant. Two calls. Spoke to lady Monday, will ring you back or email you. Nothing. It’s only £7.50. I said to both contacts, I wished I had taken it to the tip. I know we are now in the age where nobody knows or cares about what they are doing, but this is extreme. Excruciating

Now almost permanent bad service. The staff are fine but If this company doesn't soon realise it has to change with the times and undstand just how many customers it's losing it could soon be history.

Tried to change my 4.5kg for 7kg at shell, but the money an behind the counter said he can't do that, so how am I supposed to do this.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Don’t know where they deliver to but, they tell you they are delivering to their agents then don’t! Shambolic
