Went to the Salford branch, and I’ve been there a few times now and always find the staff very friendly and helpful pick up some Quick wire junction boxes for My downlighters , and today had to get a 45 am fuse for my shower to upgrade the fuse box to 10 Mill wire , i’m gonna surf by young gentleman make me a nice drink of coffee and sorted out the fuse for me very helpful chap as I suffer a little bit with emphysema and I have to operate on Oxygen tanks Even suggested that the next time I came if I didn’t feel like getting out of the car Just to ring and let them know that I was outside and needs his help and he would sort it out from the I found this very very appreciative. This is what I call customer service.

Absolute 5* ! Was recommended by a friend who uses them multiple times a week and i was blown away by the service ! A real warm and friendly welcome by the lads who work there and wasn’t rushed or persuaded by any of them, they had plenty of time for me and made me feel very welcome, like I had known them for years ! They will be my first choice every time I need anything electrical going forward !

They know their stuff and always work hard to resolve any issues with supply, delivery etc. The brands they stock seem to be much better than some of the cheap stuff that some other suppliers sell.
