Don't touch this business. I tried to cancel my 12 month rolling contract (taken out in 2013) within the cancellation period but have been told that I owe them an early cancellation fee, I sent proof that this is not the case 2 months ago. this has been ignored and now we are ready to move they have put a stop on us moving. We are ready to move today but they are holding me ransom until I pay them £1,700 - a years fee which I don't legally owe them. It is absolutely disgraceful that companies like this can get away with treating small businesses in this way.

Possibly the WORST telecoms company have ever had to deal with. Slow, unresponsive, poor communication, the list goes on. Have recently been bought out so may now improve but I certainly wouldn't put any contracts through them.
