My experience I’ve had with this service is beyond unprofessional and I believe it's more about data gathering more then helping.
My assigned advisor moved to another department without providing any notice or communication that they would no longer be supporting me. I was left completely in the dark and only found out after several attempts to reach out via email and phone over the course of several months.

Eventually, I received a brief response to an email, in which the advisor mentioned they had started a new job and were excited about their new opportunity. While I wish them well, I found it extremely unprofessional that no formal handover or notification was given regarding the change. Even the email received was extremely unhelpful.

Following this, I contacted the Business Growth Hub multiple times—again via email and phone—to request an update and seek guidance on being assigned a new advisor. Unfortunately, I received no response, which has been very frustrating.

Overall, I feel that my time has been wasted, and the lack of communication and support has left me extremely dissatisfied. So be advised before going into this thinking you'll be supported.
They're happy to collect your information but beyond that don't expect any buisness guidance.

I recently reached out to The Growth Hub with high hopes of securing an adult apprenticeship, as advertised on their website. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing.

Upon contacting them, I received a generic response stating that they currently have no apprenticeship roles available and that I should resort to speculative applications instead. This wouldn't be so bad if their website had been transparent about the uncertainty of apprenticeship opportunities. Instead, I was left feeling misled and wasting my time.

Furthermore, my attempts to seek business advice from The Growth Hub have also been fruitless. Despite waiting for months for an in-person meeting, my emails and texts have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored.

Overall, my experience with The Growth Hub has been extremely frustrating. Their lack of responsiveness and transparency regarding apprenticeship opportunities is disheartening, and their failure to provide timely business advice reflects poorly on their commitment to supporting aspiring professionals like myself.

I hope that The Growth Hub takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their communication and customer service in the future.

I have to concur with person below "Not had a great experience with the business growth hub, first was told I couldn't sign up and program wasn't for new starters and the lady will pass it on to a relevant team.. " Its been a nightmare - I would say more; but unfortunate. I think one should complain to the departmant of finance, development or whichever govt body as its potentially abusing tax pay monies? Very disappointed, actually upset.

Terrible experience in securing loan for business despite providing all the information as proof none of it was taken into consideration. One thing I have learned from this experience is that apparently they believe you should always pay a bill even if you are not receiving that service.

I’m delighted with the support I have received from Matt at The Growth Hub.
Through regular meetings and acting upon the advice given by Matt, I’ve seen the traffic increase to my website and my sales grow. Together we’ve analysed every aspect of my business and made changes to its subscription model and many aspects of the way its marketed. Each time the advice has been specific to my business and introduced me to new technology or ways of working. It would have taken me a lot longer to get to where I am today without this advice.

Not had a great experience with the business growth hub, first was told I couldn't sign up and program wasn't for new starters and the lady will pass it on to a relevant team, I phoned up to see what was happening later on in the week, was told of a lad that the person shouldn't of said that and it was unacceptable that no one has got back to me. The lad said he'll get the person to ring me back early morning, nobody did I rung back later on in the week and the lady said my application is in in a que. At the end I just withdrawn my application. I don't recommend this support business to anyone

I feel as though we have been really privileged to have had access to a 'top secret' level of business coaching that only special companies are allowed to benefit from.

I had no prior testimonials of your work and we've worked with various 'gurus' in the past and on average, they have left a bad taste with myself and team members.

Despite my nervousness of 'letting you loose' on my team 🙂 I had the guys independently coming up to tell me 'that was great!'

They felt you spoke their language, gave when you needed to give and held back when you needed to hold back.

I personally really enjoyed the session thinking about the company from a personal perspective and hearing how others in the team also felt about it.

The key will now be in how well the team remember and implement the coaching.

If ever you do need a reference or testimonial I would be obliged.
