Warren Kaye of Prosperity Law handled the conveyancing for our son’s first-time-buy, new-build apartment. Through the process, we came to appreciate the complexities of new-builds and leaseholds, never having dealt with such a property before. Quite a scary process, we came to realise.

Warren was extremely knowledgeable on the nuances and complexities of the process for such properties. He was professional and thorough. He was clear in guiding us through the whole thing, stage by stage and he was open to our input as well (e.g. if we wanted a change to one of the terms of the contract).

Prosperity and Warren set out the charges clearly from the start and adhered to them. There were no nasty surprises at the end. The charges also seemed fair and reasonable.

The selling agent had urged us to use their recommended and usual solicitor. We are very glad we went with Prosperity Law, being completely independent of the selling side.

Even though we are in London, the property is in Leeds and Prosperity is in Manchester, geography posed no problem. Everything was done efficiently over the phone and email.

One hears stories of solicitors being difficult to reach when you have a query. This was never the case with Warren. More than that, he was easy to speak with.
