I’ve been working at Beehive Lofts for over a year now and honestly couldn’t imagine a better co-working space. It’s more than just a beautiful workspace—it’s a real community. The team here are brilliant, always friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

It’s dog-friendly too, which is a huge plus—my chihuahua Bruno absolutely loves coming in and has made so many friends (human and canine!). The location in Ancoats is spot on, with lovely marina walks in the summer and loads of great lunch spots nearby.

The workspace itself is amazing—spacious desks, loads of natural light, and a really relaxed but productive vibe. They’ve got a great selection of free tea, coffee, and waters, and the team even bake fresh pastries for members once a week, which is such a nice touch.

There’s also a packed schedule of events focused on fitness, wellbeing, and connecting with other members, which really helps build that sense of community.

Can’t recommend it enough—it’s a gem of a place to work from.

Great space. We visited a dozen other ones and Beehive is by far the best co-working space in Manchester. The place feels very luxurious with a great vibe and people.

The team at Beehive are lovely, very professional and helpful. Hannah and Phoebe are welcoming, always have a smile for us and keep the place to such a high standard.
The facilities are great too. The range of teas, coffee and flavoured waters are refreshed daily, and there are speciality days such as pastry Thursday and Friday free beer at your desk (all included). They also run lots of community events such as weekly yoga, fun group events, running club, shared lunches and lots more. If there's a fee for an event, it's usually very reasonable.

We're a small company of 2 people, and the space has a great mix of individual entrepreneurs, freelancers and small teams. There are some bigger teams a great balance.

I can't recommend this place enough! We've been here since 2021 and loved every day of it.

Recently joined Beehive Lofts and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far! The co-working space is bustling, but also quiet enough to crack on and get your work done. Everyone who shares the office space, alongside the staff at Beehive Lofts, are extremely friendly! There are regular social events and you're well looked after. Would highly recommend!

I've been a member at the Beehive lofts for over a year now and I would highly recommend - it's a great co-working space with a homely vibe and a friendly atmosphere. The community managers go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and entertained, from run clubs, to cake parties, and art sessions.. there's always something going on! Special shout out to Hannah & Phoebe at Beehive Mill for always being so smiley, chatty and bringing the positive vibes!

I've been working here for three months now, and I can confidently say it's one of the nicest and happiest places I've ever worked. The environment is warm and welcoming, the building is filled with natural light, and everything is spacious and clean. There's even a lovely kitchen where you can prepare your meals. I've been working at Beehive for 9 months now and it is one of the nicest workplaces i've been. It's a welcoming environment, with lots of different areas for different styles of working. Filled with natural light and great facilities, there is everything you need. The space is always clean and well maintained. The community managers are so kind and are always around to help you when you need something, that being tech help, a charger or even help moving boxes. We've been there a couple of years now. I think we are one of the bigger clients and really happy to be so. In terms of business, its given us everything we need. Looks great and feels professional. The flexibility has been excellent as well. We've just flexed up and shifty up without any stress at all. The team are great and genuinely really incredibly helpful. Have gone above and beyond to get us out of a hole a few times. And the vibe is superb. Great people and a great space for any ambitious business

I booked one of the rooms here for a client presentation and it went down a treat. The set-up was easy with the screen, WiFi etc, everything just worked and the room looked really impressive without feeling too formal. We had drinks and snacks sorted, nobody had to faff around plugging stuff in, and the team were lovely and helpful. I will definitely come back for the next one.
