I am made up with my treatments today from Sarah she was fabulous I've been to alot of clinics around the country over the years for filler and I've never experienced a pain-free treatment like that before she has completely changed my face for the better with the snatched 6ml package I had a little bit of a botched chin from previous clinics and Sarah fixed it instantly can not recommend her enough! I will not be going anywhere else from now on over the moon!

Disappointed by Edited Instagram Results and Poor Service

I decided to try MCR Aesthetics after being intrigued by the "too-good-to-be-true" before-and-after photos on their Instagram. My curiosity quickly turned into disappointment.

My first appointment was canceled due to a supposed issue with their shop shutter — which, judging by other reviews, seems like a frequent excuse. I was rebooked for the next day.

Initially, I was scheduled for facial threads, but once I arrived, I was told I didn't need them and was offered fillers instead. More on that in a moment.

After the procedure, they posted my before-and-after photos online. I can confidently say the photos are heavily edited. My skin tone appeared lighter, my hair looked a different color, and it looked as if a makeup artist had worked on me — all very misleading. Friends who saw me in person were shocked at how different the edited pictures looked compared to reality.

Regarding the filler, they seem to apply a "one-style-fits-all" approach. I have a naturally square face and didn’t want a sharper jawline, yet that’s exactly what they gave me. The filler has since migrated and moves around, and a second opinion confirmed it was poorly injected. The other clinic even laughed at the edited photo they’d posted.

To top it off, I was charged more than the advertised offer, and it took over a week — and repeated messages — to get my refund.

Very disappointed in the service they provide. Turned up for my appointment only to be told no one is there and they out of stock of filler. Apparently they called me when to inform me this but we know this is absolutely a lie. Won’t even refund my deposit. Wouldn’t come back again! I wouldn’t even give one star review. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t ever come back and book with them again! Now they’ve stopped responding to my messages!

I do not recommend this place at all, been travelled by train three times to Manchester in very cold weather and when I been already in Manchester I’ve got text from them they are not in clinic other day Sarah was not in clinic the other day the shutter door are broken so I have to come tomorrow so silly me, of course I came the other day and again my appointment has been cancelled
I sent them deposit of £80 which they apologised and said they will send it back.. well still waiting as haven’t received my deposit back! I would definitely avoid this place if you’re travelling from far as they might cancel it last minute !!

I had Botox done in Paris and I need a touch-up. I was supposed to have injections that you scheduled for 22/05. They canceled my appointment and there was no response. I don't think that's serious!!!!!

Absolutely amazing. Had my anti wrinkle and lips done at their keighley clinic at Dollyrockers salon. Best lips I’ve ever had. Lots of compliments on them. Wouldn’t gp anywhere else now. Even my husband likes them and he used to hate me having my lips done. Thank you so much. 🖤🖤🖤🖤
