Almost painless experience, several moving parts that are explained along the way. The scaffolding was up for slightly longer then expected and communication around that was not forthcoming but otherwise no issues at all. The timeline taken to achieve your certification to feed back to the grid could be highlighted slightly more but again, realistically it went smoothly and we are very content with the product and the service.

After seeking several quotes, we opted to purchase our solar from Solar Fast. They provided a decent package, for a good price, which was tailored to fit our needs and wishes.
I cannot fault the sales team, scaffolders or installers.
Once we had signed up, our installation took place without delay and was completed within the day. The engineers did a very neat and tidy job with the siting of equipment and cabling and left no mess.
Each stage worked smoothly and the app is so easy to understand and use.
We were able to tell we had made a sensible investment within the first few days, by viewing our performance.
The team have been friendly, efficient, reliable and approachable. It was nice to be able to support a local firm too.

Friends of ours had Solar Fast to fit their array and we were impressed with the job done. After being referred we contacted Solar Fast and found everyone we spoke with was very helpful. An on-line microsoft video meeting was made and we were given a well explained description of a solar system which would be suitable for our needs and property, at the same time a cost was given. This was accepted and we agreed to get the solar system fitted, a date was quickly arranged. This happened to be only 2 weeks after our discussions which is great.
We are well pleased with our solar array, the scaffolders erected scaffolding the day before and on the day of fitting the fitters and electrician arrived around 9am and were finished 3 hours later. They were very polite, tidy and explained the job. Our Inverter and battery was fitted in the loft and 12 solar panels were fitted to the front of our bungalow. We were given a run through of the completed system and the associtated app. We live in the Northeast of Scotland so in the winter the daylight hours are short. On the afternoon of our fitting while the sun was out we managed to run the dishwasher from the solar power provided. Next day snow! had to wait a wee while before the panels started producing electricity. We are very pleased with our purchase which was less expensive than we thought it might be. I am pleased to recommend Solar Fast.

The company sales was a good experience that had me engaged. All material was prepared and it was delivered remotely which made things more convenient for me.
Without too many questions, the presentation would have been around 20 to 30 mins. However, I had alot of questions which Cathan, patiently answered.
As the panels would be installed on the east side, I was skeptical that it would generate enough electricity to power my house.
After I had a few days to process, I called customer services and the technical support and spent yet more time understanding the numbers.
Once I was happy and the installers came out, they did a very efficient and great job of creating a very neat install and pretty much were done in half a day.
So far It's exceeding it's performance and during these summer months since June, I've hardly had to pay for any electricity (just standing charge).
Very pleased with the service, the installers and the after care service.

Great company to work with. I have in-roof panels and a house battery setup that's working great from them. Although it took a little longer to install than originally planned, and although there were a couple of bits missing on the van on install day, they managed to get everything together and leave me with a fantastic install. They also sorted out the G99 form with my DNO, which lets me sell excess power to the grid. I know from others that sorting the G99s out can be a pain currently, yet Solar Fast sorted it very quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting solar. My order reference was 16386.
