Richard was pleasant, helpful, efficient, and sorted the problem quickly with no issues, having correctly diagnosed it over the phone. I would recommend this company highly. My 96 year old mothers boiler failed in the very cold weather. A new boiler was fitted within 2 days of contacting Ricky. Not only was the price very good, he was very respectful and understanding with mum.

With the total failure of our heating system we were left we no heating and hot water. I was lucky to pick up Richard’s details on the internet. He visited immediately and was able to analyse the issues and provide a phased approach to solving the problems. Following a power flush and replacement boiler all devices are restored and total replacement avoided. I was very impressed with Richard’s technical expertise and standard of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard’s company and already agreed with him a programme for future support.

Great service . Good communication. An cleans up well. Ricky fitted new Worcester boiler . And hive . Unfortunately the new hive was faulty an he went through everything . In the end found it was a faulty part . He was very patient till he found fault. Good job 👍
