Our boiler had started to have issues mainly due to lack of service on our part. Contacted Paul and within a few hours had completed a thorough service. During that service he pointed out that it needed replacement parts.
Once he had the parts he promptly fitted them and the boiler is running smoothly again.
We have also asked him to look at our external pipes coming from the bathroom. No job too small and we are currently awaiting a quote. Paul is a total professional with great attention to details and a simple explanation of what he is doing.

Textd Paul as I needed an old sink unit and sink removed and a new stainless steel one fitted, the piping in the house was really old so I also asked for copper piping in place of that, Paul returned my text and came out the next morning to have a look, Paul is a gentleman and knowledgeable, he really listened to what I wanted and advised me that he would give me a quote and if I was satisfied he would start the job that morning, Paul's quote was far the best out of all 7 previous I had, so I was really pleased as the sink unit had been sitting in kitchen for months, before Paul started work I threw another job in the mix for him, I wanted my washer moved from one end of kitchen to the other, and a hole drilled in the wall with waste pipe going straight into drain, this was no problem for Paul, he has done an amazing job and I am so pleased with the end results, I would not hesitate to pass on Paul's details to anyone, and I will certainly use him in the future. Paul is providing excellent service - punctual, had a quote to us within hours, and confirmed a start date very quickly. He removed an old water tank and booster combo, and replaced with a combi boiler, he also installed an outside tap and fixed our washing machine. We are now moving forward with Premier Gas Installs to manage our bathroom renovations, installing new electric showers, kitting out and installing new bathroom suites. Paul has done fantastic jobs throughout our house since we moved in December 2024.
Including an emergency stop cock valve replacement.
He has done pipe work for our white goods and sinks and also fitted new radiators which look fantastic.
