Phoned 3 other electricians before KA. A local electrician asked for several photos and even after 3 phone calls to them they never had the decent to call back,
Another called out took a look and dissipated never to be seen or heard of again,

Spotted a KA van and rang Kieran who responded immediately, he attended the house the next day and gave me an indication of what the cost would be,a qoute for.lowed quickly.
After being without heat since early Febuary in -4 temps we were glad to see him.
Within 4hrs everything was sorted and we had heat.
Very professional and took the time not only to explain what they were doing g but was also very easy to talk .
As a retired plumber l know word of mouth travels, late would recommend KA to everyone.

The installation of our PV system wasnt without its issues. Firstly a ground mount on the land behind the house, which is higher than the roof. All the materials for the concrete base had to be carried up manually. There was also a fault with the inverter that required the callout of the suppliers engineer before commissioning could be completed. For us and for KA Electrical it was very frustrating. NEVERTHELESS, the team at KAE demonstrated the utmost professionalism, expertise and excellent customer care. You really got the sense, they were experts in their field and they were always very polite. I can't praise them more, despite the hitches at the beginning
