Fantastic experience all round with QES. Kris came over and discussed the work with my wife. Shortly after Mike came over with Rob to do a biocide treatment. The boys did a thorough job and explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. A few weeks later they came back and did the spraying and injecting work. They also supplied us with a dehumidifier that was helped a lot.

In all honesty it was a brilliant choice going with QES as they are professional, warm and very friendly. Since the treatment the house has seen a big improvement in lessening the damp.

Work took around a month to complete but this is understandable as I live rurally. Work was always competed on the day with no issues/delays.

The guys were very descriptive with what they were doing/any issues they found. When I did have follow-up concerns, they were very supportive and follow-up work was carried out without complaint.

The only issue I have is that I had the wrong job in mind. I thought this was a damp issue but I really needed the roof fixed/replaced. Regarding the damp work I have no complaints and the work they did carry out has helped with the roof as well.

Mike and Rob were really friendly and professional. Kristian kept me updated as there was a long patch of bad weather between preparing the walls and painting the walls. He made sure I knew I hadn't been forgotten about. When checking the end result we noticed that some areas of the windows and doors hadn't been cleaned properly from the paint spray/splash marks, but there were no issue when we asked the guys to clean those areas again. Really happy with the finished result.

A great team and a job well done. Guys were very helpful and hard working. Am a bit cynical where builders are concerned owing to a few bad experiences but Kris and his team were excellent.
