Ordering from them was very easy but getting the oil is a different story. They did not deliver on the "on or before" date. I had to call to find out what was going on only to be greeted with it will be delivered. Not a very helpful response. I did eventually get my oil but my experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ordered heating oil on the 9th. Confirmation email delivery on or before the 20th. Received email on the 19th to confirm delivery 20th. Failed, no call or email to explain. After contacting and receiving an apology was told delivery would be the 22nd. Failed again. No call or email to explain. Contacted Dyserth again and was told by Lewis he'd return my call in 15 minutes with an explanation after speaking to his transport manager. 40mins later received call from another office with poor explanation of tried twice to deliver but couldn't get down our lane. No why or good reason. Will never use this company again which is a great shame as they are local. Very disappointed.

Awful, my 74yr old deaf mother was supposed to have oil delivered several times by this company. Missed every delivery slot, kept advising they would deliver the next day and never did. Dont respond to phone calls. During freezing conditions my mother had to resort to neighbours providing oil heaters. pretty disappointing.

Dragon Petroleum Meliden
Terrible service from a depot 2 miles away! Paid for my order, accepted my order over a week ago, received email saying I would receive ‘on or before 3rd September’ I stayed in both days to take delivery, never turned up, rung on the 3rd to be told they just send that email out and it would be any day that week!! Rang in the 4th to be told it would be with me that day, nope! Rang the 5th, told driver had run out of time and they would chase it up and contact me!! Still waiting, and surely if he ran out of time and I’m 2 miles away, they should have delivered first thing on the 5th? They have my money and I have no oil! Daylight robbery!! Update at 2:15pm still waiting for a call back!!

This is the company to use if you would like your oil to be delivered several days late. You can then enjoy not being able to have central heating or hot water in sub zero temperatures. Their code of customer care includes a total absence of the concept of apologies. If you really like the idea of possible hypothermia then give them a try

Brilliant service, Dragon Petroleum are always punctual and deliver on or before time stated when we ring to order. They provided an especially expedient service when we were the victim of gas oil theft and needed an emergency delivery, they came very early in the next morning, thus ensuring that we did not lose any time at an important period in the farming calendar i.e. harvest time, we needed to get the harvest done before the weather broke. Cathy is always friendly and helpful when we ring to order fuel or heating oil and the driver Llewelyn is always polite, helpful and efficient when he delivers fuel to us. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked me who was best value for money and the most reliable for service.
