Fantastic from start to finish - No pushy sales. Advice was given based upon my needs.. I felt like Eco Renewables knew what they were talking about.

My project was an unusual one compared to most people. I requested a full re-roof and solar panels with battery install. No other company I spoke to could offer an all in one solution. Eco Renewables managed my project from start to finish without any drama and I'm very happy and impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved from the roofing team, electricians and the sales/admin team. Everyone was very friendly and responsive and were able to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns. In the end I went with in-roof panels and a re-roof with a Velux window on the opposite side. All work was done neatly and I have had many friends, neighbours and family who have enquired about their workmanship.. This has resulted in them also getting work done by this company. Would not hesitate to recommend as they provided the best price Vs the competition,whilst also doing what the others couldn't do! (Re-roof, scaffolding, skip and solar install all as part of a single project)

Once again, Eco Renewables has far exceeded themselves. Not only is my solar array awesome but the aftercare and after sales is exceptional. I had the solar array installed last year.

Since then pigeons decided to move in a few months ago. Kept waking me up, making a mess amd generally became a nuisance.

One call to Carly at the office and within a few days Lee, (the original installer,) came with his team bang on time. Lee and the lads are such consumate professionals, and in no time had the anti pigeon system installed. Not affecting my warranty or and nasty holes drilled. It actually compliments the system.

Also in the year ive had my system ive found their support with the app and adjusting settings etc is only ever a phone call away.

I recently had the pleasure of having solar panels installed on my roof by Eco Renewables Group Limited, and despite encountering some minor hiccups, I must say that the overall experience was excellent, thanks to the efforts of Chris, the Director.

The installation process began with Mark, who is regarded as their top electrician. While I appreciate the hard work and dedication, I noticed that his work was rushed and some details were left incomplete. I raised this concern with Chris, and to my surprise, he took immediate action to rectify the situation. He assured me that he would get it sorted to high standards that Eco Renewables Group Limited are well known for.

Although it did take a little time to get the skirting sorted, I was more than impressed with the level of commitment Chris and Marcus displayed. They truly went above and beyond to turn my solar roof into something akin to a sleek Tesla roof. Their attention to detail and dedication to achieving a flawless finish were evident throughout the process. I couldn't have been happier with the final result. The solar panels looked seamless and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the overall appearance of my home.

Moreover, I appreciate how Eco Renewables Group Limited values customer satisfaction. Chris's willingness to listen to my concerns and take swift action demonstrated that their commitment to providing top-notch service is more than just a marketing claim.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Eco Renewables Group Limited for solar panel installation, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Chris amd Marcus & team (roofers). While the initial work may have faced some challenges, their dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence turned the experience into a resounding success. We had 9 quotes and ERG were head and tails above the rest. Their customer service is superb and their prices are unbeatable!

We were so impressed about their knowledge and advice and at no point did we feel pressured to make a decision.

Props to Ryan, Laura and Mick and the amazing installation team. Our bills have been slashed and we could not be happier.

Don’t bother looking elsewhere, we waste a lot of time talking with other companies and they had nothing on ERG.

Good website with clear specifications & prices. The entire team works seamlessly together from initial phone call to certification. Carly & Laura were an absolute fountain of knowledge and very quick to answer any questions via phone, email & whatsapp. We don’t have the ideal roof shape/set up for solar but Ryan came down to survey the house and talked through how we could maximise the solar array & where best to position the powerwall 2. The scaffolding was next to arrive and again the team made sure the block paving and artificial grass were protected. Nothing was too much trouble for the electricians & roofers. They were professional & friendly throughout and are a credit to the company. I wanted the solar panels symmetrical with the pediments (dog kennels) on the roof and as you can see in the photo they got them bang on. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco renewables as the quality of workmanship is second to none. I did a lot of research in to solar & batteries, crunching numbers, watching youtube & reading up before I called them. In hindsight I probably didn’t need to. They know their stuff and will help & advise you with your requirements. Thanks again to ALL the team.

From start to finnish both Eco Renewables central team (Carla and Chris) and the installation tam (Marcus and all) have been a pleasure to deal with. Good prices, very responsive and quickly completed. Great communication from the installation team when the anything arose and quick solutions in place with support from us. Will definitely be contacting eco Renewables again when we inevitably have more panels installed. 11 panels with 3 modular batteries that allow for expansion. Thanks a lot to alll, much appreciated! Also fitted our new roof ?

Really impressed with service from start to finish. I enquired with 5 companies and spoke with Ryan from eco renewables. I liked the fact he was the only one who wasn’t pestering me every day for an answer. Really tidy job and very impressed with the equipment. A few issues post install but through no fault of the team. Power cut in area in middle of install which blew a few rcd. But managed to get the electrician back a week later as soon as he was available and they repaired all the rcd. Ryan was really helpful during this issue and kept us updated. Overall really pleased with job and solar is working really well even when overcast.
