Stay away from this company！I would give 0 star if I could.

They replaced my gutters, facias and soffits in May. It was raining today and I found that the gutter and the downpipe is not jointed properly so water is leaking, which could cause damp issue to the walI. I don’t live in this house so I don’t know when did this problem happened.

I just contacted them about the problem and asked them to fix it asap, but they told me they are quite busy at the moment and it could take up to 28 days for them to rectify the problem, as stated in the contract. They even said that I could pay somebody else to fix it if I couldn’t wait. That’s ridiculous!

Their price is not cheap compared to other companies. I paid a higher fee and of course I expect better service. But what I got is an unprofessional service and poor customer service. It’s been only two months since their work been done, and now problem occurs! I won’t recommend this company.

The work that home smart have done to my house has been done to a high quality. The whole team have been really professional. The men that come to work one day ,worked till late to make sure that they could leave it in a reasonable condition before coming back the next day to finish the job.

The lovely lady that come round once they had finished and asked us how the work went was kind and welcoming.

I really cant praise this company enough, they really were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! To summarize my experience step by step - 1. Initial quotation was honest and genuine with none of the usual 'pushy' sales techniques that you find with other companies selling similar products. 2. Price was very good and acceptance of quote was simple. 3. I was constantly updated on the progress of my order and Homesmart were happy to work to an install date that suited me. 4. The install was smooth and the quality of products and workmanship really is second to none. 5. As soon as the installer left I received a phone call from a customer care agent to confirm that I was happy with everything. If more companies could be like HomeSmart the world would be a much better place, I plan to recommend them now to everybody!

This is the third time I have used Homesmart. The first time I had soffits and gutters replaced. The second, an electric garage door.
This time I had my driveway renewed with block paving. The company were very easy to deal with, keeping me updated with news of any delays - as with the driveway where the project slipped by a week due to the weather delaying previous contracts. The result was well worth the wait. The installers were very skilled at their job and were careful to get levels right so that drainage was channelled correctly. I would thoroughly recommend Homesmart.

Very pleased with the work and would recommend this Company.
The person doing the installation was very amiable to questions but cost me a lot of cups of coffee.

My wife and I were delighted with Doors and windows this company installed for us. A chap called Andy did the survey who was very knowledgeable and his recommendations helped where we were unsure. He offered money savings ideas and the cost bettered the other 2 quotes we received. The lead time was 5 weeks which worked well for us. Regarding the install we had 2 installers (Sandy and Wayne) who were friendly, clean and professional (plus conscientious of COVID requirements). They also helped by adding trickle vents to the current windows and helped refit an old door. It only took 2 days for 2 doors and 9 windows. The communication from the office was good and timely to confirm dates and times. Thank you.

HomeSmart were very professional, right from initial engagement talking through work required, to stepping through options and their installation approach and quotation. Installers were very
hardworking and had attention to detail. Each day cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased with Roofline work, high quality materials installed to high standard at a competitive price. Definitely a company on my short list if I need other improvements done.
