If I could rate this company a zero I would! I used them not long ago and unfortunately have to say it is one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I am happy to pay a large fee if the service is provided, I raised my concern to someone to see where my funds were going and I was told the director of the company, Carly, would be giving me a call to discuss matters. I am yet to receive this call, instead I was emailed saying that the fee can not be changed and that’s that. No apology, no empathy for the stress I have been through. I do not recommend at all! Some of the team were very friendly but the people in charge are overly big for their boots and very much disrespectful seeming to shut me down at every possible chance. Don’t waste your time, energy or money with this company

Horrific company. Our office management (Cushman Wakefield / DTZ) company used them to manage energy bills for our energy and to organises billing. We get bills annually, normally around 9 months late and with no meter reads. To cap it off, our management company pays them a huge annual consultancy fee we have to pay. If you are taking on a commercial lease and these guys manage the energy, think again.

My Company, Paragon Construction, has just used this company for the first (and last time).
I am very upset at the fact that they did very little work for their fee and the work they did do was of no benefit to us whatsoever.
My view is that they were not interested in providing any value, all that mattered was the money!

In answer to Carbon 2018's response, the court ruled that the company "provided the service", which was to obtain a quote from UK Power Networks for changing electricity meters.
Yes, it did - but the quote, expected to be in the order of £2,000, included the full cost of a substation upgrade which was not required, was serving the local community - not just us, and is not even located on our site, at an additional cost in the order of £70,000!
Carbon 2018 could have challenged the quote, they but decided to chalk it up as "job done" and send us a bill.
They did not provide any "expertise" whatsoever.
In reality, we got charged almost £1,000 for this company to simply fill in a form, which we could have done ourselves in about half an hour.
They didn't even visit the site.
There was plenty of dialogue prior to the matter going to court but the company continued to insist that it had done the work and that we were entitled to pay them in full with costs so we're now around £1400 out of pocket by the time the court fees were added.
They were not open to reason then, and chose to go to court, so I see no reason that they might be prepared to be any more flexible now the court case is over.
Basically, the matter has culminated in us feeling that we've been well and truly stitched up!
Ms Kendall Reid stated in a reply, which seems to have since vanished, that my comments are "derogatory and false".
Of course they are derogatory - I am one unhappy ex-customer!
They are all true - perhaps she would like to point out anything that she considers to be "False".
