Scammed by this company. Bought 2019 Mac i7 15inch. Laptop arrived dead and no working charger. Had to wait over a week for new charger. Around a week, I used find my iPhone and realised my Mac wasn’t on there. Messaged seller with photo of someone else being logged in. He said he will send them a message and get to remove. No follow up from seller. So around a week later I check for update. He just kicks into the long grass. I decide to wait to see if they get a response. Over a month went by and I message seller to return and he offered me a replacement which was Mac i5 13inch. He then set up a return outside eBay. The item was sold not as described. Nowhere in the listing did it mention this defect. Seller then started to tease me that I wouldn’t get a refund.

In response to sellers reply: please see screenshot of my email box. I requested to return item and you closed it down within less than a minute. People are not stupid and understand the return is done via eBay, which you simply don’t understand how it works just like Apple products. You failed to mention why you sold a product associated with someone else ID? You said you arranged delivery and then all of sudden cancelled it? Don’t be foolish lol! The only atttempt you did at resolving this issue is by offering me i5 13inch Mac when mine is i7 15inch Mac Pro —— can’t make it up ( I’ve added new photos). I didn’t accuse him, i am telling you he didn’t go through eBay. To make a return you open one with eBay. Send me photo of you doing this because I’ve added photo of you shutting it down!! Are messages was on eBay, you didn’t facilitate the return via eBay and told me we will see what we can do when I return the laptop after offering me an i5 Mac.

bought a laptop from green it on the 25 3 2025 and was very pleased with it i saved alot of money by getting it refurbished when i got home with it i got stuck with acouple of issues so went back wed and the assistent sorted it out straight away for me and made sure that it was all running smothly very good service i cant remember the lads name but if you read this you will no who you are so thank you again would certainley go back again its nice to get treated like a paying customer and finding a company that cares as theres lots out there who take your money and run so to speak many thanks k.eley
