Having ordered a Raise 3D printer 2 years ago after my local supplier was not proactive, I am very glad I went with 3DGBIRE.
They are very supportive, provide regular updates on delivery, and deal with issues quickly.

Big shout out to Lloyd - I tried other suppliers for a build plate for a Sigma 3D printer, however, Lloyd was the only one who cared enough to source one for me. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he really cares about his customers and giving them the best service possible.

Recently I was looking to add the material station that goes with the Ultimaker 5 3D Printer which I had already purchased from 3DGBIRE Ltd a couple of years ago. After contacting 3DGBIRE Ltd, their Sales Engineer Lloyd Whiteoak assisted me in making my purchase. He was very professional, knowledgable and helpful and went through every detail of how the product works and how to add it to my 3D printer, the whole process from start to finish was made very easy. The material station is now installed and up and running and I am very pleased with my purchase

Called them with some questions regarding my Ultimaker 2+, Alex diagnosed the issue immediately, advised the fix and sent detailed instructions. The proses solution worked first time exactly as described. Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful. A real breath of fresh air in 3D printing support. Ultimaker 2+ truly an amazing machine! I was worried about the price but I cannot fault the product or the the companies service. Shaun helped me through my decision making, words cannot describe how helpful and patient he was; so much so that he even gave me is mobile number to contact him over the weekend if I had any difficulties. I would not hesitate in recommending this product. I never leave reviews but I was honestly blown away by the care given.
